In order to illustrate what the integration we are proposing can look like, here are some of the cases we have been able to answer.
– The Navy used tablets in order to maintain the hulls of ships. They were working on the XC6 mode and had the need to be able to integrate a USB module inside the tablet. It was important that this one cloud not be removed and that it still had the IP, which was essential to them. Such as integration of micro USB keys that, in some cases, allow ensuring the security of the software that saves the data, in other cases, allow a connection to an external hardware. This USB key has been integrated inside the tablet with internal and external modifications (migration of the USB plug, drilling of plasturgy, etc.)
– For a use of a CW-F10 in narrow submarine corridors, the need was integrated a smart card reader in a specific orientation and location on the tablet. It was necessary that the card doesn’t protrude from the shelf. This is why we have rotated the module by integrating a smart card reader with a card insertion downwards. To do this, it was necessary to supply the compatible reader, wiring, and drill the plastics.
– In a use as in the army or in the security, it is sometimes necessary to remove native modules from the tablet, such as the Wi-Fi module, cameras, microphones or any other element that may be prohibited for use in your environment. By making these modifications on a CW-12, we protect the user from possible data leakage.
– In the medical field, especially in the operating room, where hygiene and disinfection are one of the keys to the job, it was necessary to mask some of the holes present on a CW-H10 tablet in order to allow a complete disinfection without impurities. As a result, disinfection can be more comprehensive, and the risk of nosocomial infection reduced.
– In this last example, our customer wanted to be able to integrate his owned box, made by him, directly on the back of the tablet, a CW-F10, in order to take probe readings. The need was therefore to integrate a particular module, specific to a trade. This module can be provided by the customer himself, but we can also do the research and manage the supply.
